There is now officially a second candidate that will run for the position of mayor for the Municipality of North Cowichan in November’s civic elections.
Computer engineer Damir Wallener announced today that he has put his hat in the mayoral race that already includes councillor John Koury.
According to a report, current mayor Jon Lefebure hasn’t made up his mind yet if he will pursue the possibility of another term.
