Camps to be held in Cow Valley if school doesn't start

With the start of school scheduled to begin in less than a week and still no deal in site between the BC Teachers’ Federation and the provincial government, parents in the Cowichan Valley should be aware there will be camps set up in case the labour dispute spills into September and on.

So says the CVRD’s child and youth programmer Denise Williams.
We asked her where camps will be taking place.
Williams says the Island Savings Centre will be for kids between the ages of six and 10 while the Kerry Park Rec Centre is six to 12.
