Blaze on Marshall Road in Glenora claims barn

A barn in Glenora burned down in a blaze at 4815 Marshall Rd on Friday.

Firefighers from the Duncan and Cowichan Bay fire departments were unable to save the structure which contained a large amount of hay despite the use of five fire trucks.

The origin of the fire is not known at this point in time, however, the Duncan Fire Department says it has been ruled an accident.
