The Cowichan 2018 BC Summer Games was a tremendously successful event with one notable black eye.
During a dance, members of the BC Games directorate heard from a number of girls who complained of inappropriate behaviour that was exhibited by a person or people.
President and CEO of the BC Games Society Kelly Mann says the local RCMP is investigating this incident.
Mann says this isn’t what the BC Games is about.
The investigation is ongoing.
The North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP is encouraging anyone with information about this incident, or victims, to come forward by calling 250-748-5522.
