Tour de Rock riders heading through Cowichan Valley soon

The annual Cops for Cancer bicycle event Tour de Rock will be making it’s way through the Cowichan Valley next week.
Cowichan Valley resident Elizabeth Avis, an auxiliary member of the Duncan-North Cowichan RCMP, is taking part in the 13-day, 11 hundred kilometre event that started on September 20.
Avis and the rest of the riders will be going through Ladysmith and Chemainus on September 29 Lake Cowichan and Duncan on the September 30 and Shawnigan Lake and Mill Bay on October 1.
