Chamber hosts business symposium

The Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce is hosting a one-day symposium tomorrow (Tues).

It’s at the Best Western CVI and is in celebration of small business month.

Gary Webb from Small Business BC, will be conducting free advisory sessions and says many new business people are, oftentimes, confused about the roles of each level of government.

The symposium will also feature sessions on employee recruitment and branding.

The luncheon features George Hanson the President of the Vancouver Island Economic Alliance.
