Treat Malfunctioning Traffic Lights as a four-way Stop

Update: The traffic lights are working normally and traffic is flowing again

Travel on the Trans-Canada is going to be a slow go, as traffic lights are out in both directions between Koksilah Road and Cedar Road.

This is causing significant traffic congestion.

When traffic lights are out, you need to treat the intersection as a four-way stop.
