Island Health wants us to "Care for Men"

Men’s health is at the forefront this month, and there will be plenty of mustaches on display to remind us it’s Movember.

On the Island, the Canadian Mental Health Association, the Prostate Centre and Island Health have joined forces to raise awareness through a Care for Men campaign.

Medical Health Officer Dr. Paul Hasselback says men have a lower life expectancy than women by four years and are less likely to seek help for their health problems.

And he says that has to change.
