Update: Matthew Gilbert Darlington has been found safe.
Shawnigan Lake RCMP are asking for help in finding 44-year-old Matthew Gilbert Darlington.
Darlington was last seen yesterday wearing a black jacket, a red t-shirt, jeans, and blue running shoes.
Anyone with information as to where he may be is asked to call the Shawnigan Lake RCMP detachment at 250-743-5514.
