North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP responded to a report of a naked man running down the street in the area of Government Street and Gibbons Road.
Police received a number of calls about this incident and there were a number of witnesses while RCMP officers were dealing with this matter.
The man is not facing any criminal charges and he was taken to Cowichan District Hospital.
