Widow of Comox Valley man asking driver to surrender after fatal hit and run

The widow of a 48-year-old Comox Valley man is urging whoever hit her husband while he was biking in Fanny Bay on Monday night to surrender to police.
Evelyn Bally spoke out on Wednesday with family and RCMP members by her side.
Meanwhile Comox Valley RCMP are zeroing in on the suspect’s vehicle, possibly a Ford F250 or F350 truck, made between 2002 and 2004.
