RCMP looking for pair who fled on foot after alleged hit and run near Maple Bay

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are looking for the public’s help in finding two suspects connected to an alleged hit and run involving a reportedly stolen truck.
Sergeant Chris Swain is with the detachment.
Swain says following the collision, two people got out of a white 1993 Nissan pickup truck and fled the scene on foot while the driver of the green Acura was taken to hospital with minor injuries and has since been released.

If anybody has any information about the investigation they are asked to call the RCMP or Crimestoppers.
