Victoria Street and Mill Street between Chemainus Road and Willow Street will be closed from 9:30 to 1:30 pm today.
Park crews are moving the Spirit of the Earth statue from the corner of Victoria and Chemainus Road to its new home in Heritage Park.
Use alternate routes if possible and be aware of the flaggers, who will be directing traffic.
