RCMP looking for tips after holiday B&E

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are looking for the public’s help after a break-in at Safety Kleen on Boys Road.

It happened over the Christmas holiday, and was reported to police on December 29th.

RCMP say several items were stolen, including a jacket with the business name and logo on it, and two hand held scanners – a Motorola MC70 (pictured) and an MC67.

“These items have no use outside of the business, and members of the public are encouraged to report if they locate them,” says Cpl. Jon STUART.

RCMP are also asking anyone with information on the crime to get in touch with the detachment at 250-748-5522, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
