Local film maker looks to online funding to finish documentary

An aspiring producer is asking for your help to make her documentary film project a reality.

Patricia Dawn is the force behind the “Stolen Hearts of Cowichan”. It explores why there’s a higher rate of social services removing children from families the Cowichan Valley.  Dawn says its more than just a movie.
