North Cowichan Duncan RCMP say a 49 year old man is facing new drug charges, after getting arrested just a day after the courts convicted him of similar crimes.
RCMP say they arrested Anthony Pitts of Duncan in the parking lot at the Cowichan Commons after a short investigation that included surveillance and a search of a home on Allenby Road.
Crack cocaine, cocaine, prescription drugs, and marijauna were seized from the home and a vehicle.
Pitts is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, and trafficking.
In release announcing the arrest RCMP describe Pitts as a “chronic drug dealer” and say they’ll “continue to target those criminals that threaten the safety of our communities and the safety of our families.”
