A preliminary hearing for the man accused of killing two workers at a Western Forest Products sawmill in Nanaimo is set to open Tuesday.
47 year old Kevin Addison has been in custody since being charged last April 30th with 2 counts of first degree murder and two of attempted murder.
The preliminary hearing will determine if the case goes to trial, a publication ban is in place covering evidence raised during the hearing.
