Murder trial for accused Nanaimo mill shooter to take place in fall

A judge has decided there is enough evidence for Kevin Addison’s case to go to trail.

Addison is accused onĀ 2 counts of first degree murder and 2 of attempted murder in the shooting at the Western Forest Products Mill April 30th.

The preliminary hearing wrapped up Friday. A date for the trial will be set in Supreme Court on April 13th.

It’s expected to take place some timeĀ in the fall.
