RCMP make arrest in “one-man crime spree”

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP have nabbed a 31 year old Ladysmith man they say is behind a “one-man crime spree”.

Fong is also charged with two counts of possession of stolen property after police searched locations in Cedar and Ladysmith.

Fong has a lengthy record, and has served time for serious property crimes and a home invasion.
