Nanaimo RCMP seek man wanted on drug and weapon charges

Nanaimo RCMP are looking for a man wanted BC-wide on drug and weapon charges.

39-year-old Colin Lamontagne is from the Nanaimo area, and has a large network of friends and family throughout central Vancouver Island.

He is facing charges stemming from search warrants carried out in early December on homes in Ladysmith and Nanaimo. Police seized a significant amount of drugs, guns, other weapons and stolen property.

Lamontagne is white, 6 foot 2 and weighs 319 lbs. He has dark brown hair, blue eyes and he may have a stubbly goatee.

He should be considered dangerous. If you see Lamontagne, don’t approach him and call 9-1-1.
