Duncan man to cycle from Florida to Nova Scotia

A Cowichan Valley man is training for a fast approaching cycling trip that will start in Florida and end in Nova Scotia.

Curtis Anderson will hit the road next month as he attempts to cycle over four thousand kilometres

Anderson, who has diabetes and arthritis, has this message for anybody thinking of pursuing a goal.

Anderson has done tours like these before, and if he finishes his most-recent journey, we will have cycled 20 thousand kilometres across Canada and the Uinted States..
