Boil water advisory for Chemainus

The Municipality of North Cowichan has issued a boil water advisory for the Chemainus water system.

All Chemainus water users are advised to boil their water for a least one minute before using it for things like drinking, cooking and brushing teeth.

It is still safe to continue to wash clothes and bathe in the water.

North Cowichan will keep Chemainus water system users advised of any changes.
