New-look Bright Angel Park ready for reopening celebration

The public will have a chance to check out Bright Angel Park’s new look at a reopening celebration on Saturday.

The park underwent a makeover that includes new washrooms, outdoor fitness stations and a new playground, just to name a few.

The CVRD’s Graham Gidden says the project wouldn’t have been a possibility if it wasn’t for funding from the province and federal government.

The park is located 10 kilometres south of Duncan and the event will be taking place from 1-3 PM. For more info about what’s new in the park, head to the CVRD website.
