Former Shawnigan teacher in court

A former teacher from Shawnigan Lake School is due in Duncan Provincial Court Tuesday on several sex-related charges.

Andrew Olson was charged in May with four counts of sexual exploitation, one count of child luring and one count of assault causing bodily harm tied to alleged incidents between December 2014 to March of 2015.

The appearance today is a routine arraignment hearing.
