Honeymoon Bay Water System moves to Stage 3 restrictions

Most parts of the Cowichan Valley remain at Stage 2 watering restrictions, but one water system in has now gone to Stage 3.

People on the Honeymoon Bay Water System are banned from sprinkling.

Hand watering is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours; either between 6 and 8 am or 8 and 10pm

People with micro drip irrigation systems are also allowed to run them for a maximum of four hours a day.
