Documentary film festival pays tribute to Cowichan Valley icon

This weekend The Hub at Cowichan Station will play host to the Cowichan Valley Documentary Film Festival. 

Some highlights include films on the Cowichan Sweater, Asian Giant Hornets and totem poles. 

The festival kicks off this Friday at 5:30 with an opening blessing by Cowichan Elder Philomena Williams.
