An early morning power outage in Duncan was caused by mechanical failure but has since been resolved.
According to B-C Hydro’s website, the outage occurred shortly before 6:30 a.m. this morning, which they say affected more than 2,100 customers.
Power was restored about an hour-and-a-half later, and B-C says they apologize for any inconvenience.
