City of Duncan closes Canada Avenue to install utilities 

The City of Duncan has plans to shut down a section of Canada Avenue and is asking residents to prepare for multiple detours.  

According to the city, closures are going to begin on Wednesday at 6 p.m. to work on utilities starting near James St. and finishing up just after Coronation Road.
