Political analyst: It’s time for ‘real’ election campaign to start

We’re just coming up on the halfway point of this unusually long election campaign.

Allan Warnke, a political analyst and retired VIU prof, says the day after Labour Day marks the start of the “real” campaign, in the minds of both voters and the politicians.

Warnke says campaign followers should watch for changing trends in opinion polls over the next week or so

Warnke also says this is going to be a critical time for the Greens to try to demonstrate whether they can pick-up some momentum outside BC.
