Some of the Cowichan Valley’s best chefs will be serving up tasty meals this weekend to help raise money for local aspiring chefs.

The fundraiser is happening on Sunday at Duncan’s Providence Farm and will feature a six course, long table dinner that will be paired with local wines, ciders and spirits.

Deerholme Farm’s Bill Jones is one of the chefs who will be cooking at the James Barber Fundraiser.

Jones will be joined by several other chefs including Cory Pelan of The Whole Beast and Dan Hudson of Hudson’s on First.
