Police Seek Robbery Suspect

RCMP are looking for a man who broke into Cowichan Sound and Cellular on Canada Avenue in Duncan this weekend.

It happened around 6:30 Saturday morning.

Corporal Krista Hobday says the suspect managed to get into the store without breaking the glass on the front doors….

The suspect managed to grab about a half a dozen cell phones from the display along with a couple of other electronics.

Hobday says the suspect was caught on tape throughout the event….

That image should be released in short order, but the suspect is described as having dark skin, a slight build and was wearing a brown hoodie and jeans.
