The president of the Cowichan Valley Teachers Association says graduation will be affected if the teachers don’t get a negotiated settlement soon.
The rotating strikes hit the Cowichan Valley tomorrow (Thurs) and parents are being asked not to send their kids to school.

Charlie Coleman, principal of Cowichan Secondary says he has sent out an email asking parents to let the school know if they can help out with the graduation ceremonies if the need arises….
