Join us for an afternoon of fun and fitness at Bright Angel Regional Park to support mental health awareness and raise funds for Mental Health.

This inspiring event will feature two incredible guest speakers, a guided warm up, a body weight fitness workout, and a grounding yoga and meditation practice. We’ll close with prize giveaways for attendees.

Let’s normalize the conversation about mental health and get active in support of mental health initiatives in our community. See you there!
