Blast of winter coming

An Arctic Outbreak is moving in, bringing some colder temperatures here to the coast.
Environment Canada Forecaster Armel Castellan says a ridge of high pressure will drive some cold temperatures to the coast.
Castellan says the odds of snow are highest as the system arrives on Sunday night and as it moves past the region, which is forecast to happen Wednesday.
