North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP renew call for assistance to locate missing woman

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are asking for the public’s help locating a woman who has been missing since January.

Police say 34-year-old Rosemarie Harry was last seen Jan. 28 and reported missing Feb. 4.

“Investigators are continuing to pursue all available avenues in this investigation, and we are asking anyone who may have information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to come forward,” said Constable Tessa McDonald, media relations officer with the North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP.

Harry is described as Indigenous, five feet tall and 141 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say they remain concerned for her health and well-being. Her family and friends say it is out of character for her to be out of contact for so long.
