Duncan man faces multiple charges in fatal highway crash

A Duncan man faces several charges after a pickup truck collided with another vehicle near Boys Road. 

Police said the crash happened just after 7 p.m. on March 1, 2025, when a black Dodge Ram collided with a blue Dodge Ram in the northbound lanes of Highway 1. 

Police said the collision seriously injured the driver of one vehicle and killed the passenger. 

A 49-year-old Duncan man has been charged with impaired driving causing death, impaired driving causing bodily harm and dangerous operation of a vehicle. 

He is scheduled to appear in court May 26.
