CVRD seeks public input on accessibility plan

Residents in the Cowichan Valley Regional District are being asked to provide feedback on accessibility across the region.

The regional district is developing a three-year accessibility plan aimed at identifying, removing and preventing barriers to accessing the spaces, programs and services it provides.

A survey has been released to gather feedback from residents and help ensure the plan reflects the needs of people who live, work and play in the Cowichan Valley.

More information about the accessibility planning process, along with a link to the survey, is available on the regional district’s website. Responses are due by May 29.
