River Forecast Centre Ends High Streamflow Advisory for Cowichan River

The Cowichan River is roaring but, the River Forecast Centre has ended the high streamflow advisory for the local river.
It’s very fast and dangerous right now, but the advisory ended because the water levels are going down.
Cowichan River conditions are expected to improve throughout the week.
