The Cowichan Watershed Board is welcoming a new team member.
Fisheries Biologist Tom Rutherford is the new Cowichan Watershed Board Coordinator. He is looking forward to tackling the multi-faceted challenges that the board is facing.
Rutherford was previously working with the federal government for the last 36 years, mostly looking at sustainable fish populations.
