34-year-old Amy Lynn Dowell of Nanaimo has been found safe and sound.
Dowell went missing June 11 and police say she’s struggling with significant medical issues and her family was concerned.
She is described as a white woman, standing about 5’7, 100 pounds with blonde hair and noticeable eyebrows.
