Two local women are looking to find the person that apparently helped their father after a recent car accident at the intersection of the TCH and Cowichan Bay Road.
Ahamida Segee says she and her sister Asha Khan have been told by their father, 77-year-old Namdar Khan, that a man saved him after a multiple-vehicle crash on November 30th.
She says the family would like to thank the man in person.
Segee says her father is still in hospital after suffering nine broken ribs, a broken sternum and bruised liver. RCMP say he had to be airlifted to Victoria General Hospital following the accident.
