The environmental appear board hearing to set aside the permit issued to dumb soil near Shawnigan Lake has been extended.
The proceedings will resume in late July as a result of additional witness testimony, as well as large volumes of documentary and expert evidence.
A history teacher at Dwight International, Sonia Furstaenau, has been following the hearing closely.
The Shawnigan Residents Association says parties will now draft and file written submission, then present oral arguments on July 24th and 25th.
