A local man was taken to Cowichan District Hospital after a crash involving his bike and a truck this afternoon on Boys Road in Duncan.
According to a report, injuries to Aron Elaschuk’s left leg are believed to be minor while the driver of the blue Dodge pickup didn’t appear to be hurt.
The amount of damage to the bike is unknown at this point in time.
Elaschuk manages Serious Coffee at the corner of Boys Road and the Trans-Canada Highway.
