The Duncan/Cowichan Chamber of Commerce released the results of a business survey this morning.
In it, president Julie Scurr says business leaders were generally positive about the economic environment in the Cowichan Valley……
As for challenges…..
Scurr says from here, she hopes the report is picked up by other organizations, including local governments.
