B.C. s Attorney General and Minister of Justice says the provincial Human Rights Code will be changed to reflect the current state of law in the province and will align with human rights legislation across the country.
Suzanne Anton says under the code, every individual is equal before and under the law, and has the right to equal protection…..
The legislation will be introduced when the legislature resumes next week.
