The MS Society is not closing up shop and leaving town.
Tania Vrionis, BC and Yukon MS Society President says the organization is, however, looking at ways to continue to support clients while being more efficient.
In Victoria, the Society is closing down a drop-in centre.
Vrionis says real estate is just getting too expensive to try to hold on to and the Society is finding other ways to support people with MS in the community.
